Excercise Benefits Mind and Body, research confirms

It's not a new idea, but good news for health nuts, and bad news for couch potatoes. Columbia Univesity professors have found that exercise promotes neurogeneis, the creation of new brain cells. Lack of exercise, and a diet consiting of fat and sugar, actually promotes brain cell loss.

So if you want to be physically and mentally healthy, keep your body moving and eat healthy and don't smoke!
